Dr. Somali Roy

CFO

Somali is the Director of GreenEnco. She has a PhD, Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. She has over 10 years of experience managing the financial management and sales strategy of an SME company in India before co-founding GreenEnco. She was a finalist for the Great British Entrepreneur Award, 2021.

She is responsible for the company strategy, policies and financial management of GreenEnco and also supports solar PV performance optimisation by diagnostic analytics & predictive analytics.

Sukanya Bhadra

Consultant

Sukanya (She/Her) is an Independent Consultant with 20+ years of experience in the Consulting, Policy Advocacy & Knowledge Management space in leading organisations. She is a Green Head who is committed to the cause of clean energy and green practices, and works with clients to promote culture transformation needed to deploy these. Passionate about building future-ready, emotionally rounded and efficient organisations, she coaches and handholds leadership in governmental, non-governmental, and private organisations to uncover their true potential.

In the energy sector, Sukanya has worked on a myriad of topics and policy advocacy work such as solar, wind, manufacturing, storage, EV and green hydrogen. She has been part of organisational sustainability and social impact projects across the world. She has been a strong advocate for skilling and diversity, equity & inclusion projects. Sukanya has led multicultural and diverse teams in India, US and EMEA.

Sukanya is an Executive PGDM from International Management Institute, and a Science Graduate from St Xavier's College in Kolkata.

Emmanuel Kwafo

Senior Technical Consultant

Emmanuel is a Senior Technical Consultant of GreenEnco. He holds 3 engineering degrees, BEng Integrated Engineering, MSc. Sustainable Energy and Environment and MSc. Renewable Energy Systems Technology.

He brings over 16 years of experience as a technical advisor in the renewable energy sector. He has experience in the delivery of low carbon projects, Project Management, Energy Efficiency, Energy Audits, Energy Survey and Carbon Footprint.

Emmanuel is responsible for owner’s engineering and lender’s engineering technical due diligence of utility scale and commercial and industrial solar and energy storage projects.

Suman Kalyan Ray

Head-Sales & Business Development and General Management

Suman Kalyan Ray comes with a profound experience of 30 years in both Sales and Marketing as well as Project Management serving big brands across India, He has a rich experience in acquisition as well as execution of projects in both Transmission & distribution in HV, MV & LV sector and in Solar sector.

Hailing from Kolkata, Suman is a widely acclaimed professional in the field of Project Management with certification from Siemens AG. He is also a renowned name in Rooftop Solar segment pan India.

Suman completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from NIT Durgapur (erstwhile RED Durgapur). Prior to joining GreenEnco, he was associated with Nelco ( a Tata enterprise), Siemens, Alstom, GE, Vikram Solar and Energia Systems.

Joining as Country Head cum Head-Sales & Business Development and General Management, Suman will be responsible for strategic, financial, sales, promotions, and other operational aspects of the company and help the company achieve sustainable growth.

Binoy Debnath

Solar Data Analyst & Team Lead

Binoy is a Solar Data Analyst & IT Team Lead at GreenEnco. Binoy has a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

He has 9 years of experience with a diverse background spanning both the Information Technology and Renewable Energy Sectors. With four years entrenched in the dynamic landscape of IT (MSSQL Server -Database Developer) and five years passionately transitioning into the realm of Renewable Energy (Solar Power Plant - Execution Engineer). As an execution engineer, he executed solar power plants (Capacity: 37MW) at different locations in India. He has experience in managing and maintaining databases management, MSSQL Servers, Monitoring System Performance, troubleshooting issues, ETL(SSIS), Data Modeling, Data Mining techniques, Optimizing Queries in SQL, and Backup Processes. Through this journey, he has cultivated a unique skill set that blends technical prowess with a deep-seated commitment to sustainability, poised to tackle multifaceted challenges at the intersection of technology and renewable resources.

He is responsible for database management systems, developing an IoT integration in renewable energy setups, or data-driven solutions for optimizing energy systems, and implementing strategies to improve energy efficiency using algorithms.

Manikandan Lakshmanan

Testing & Site Engineer

Manikandan joined GreenEnco in 2023 as a PV Testing & Site Engineer. He has a B.E in Mechanical Engineering. His total industry experience is 5+ years.

He has 3+ years of experience working as a Solar Power Plant Installation, Solar Panel Manufacturing, Testing & Analysing. He is responsible for DC and AC testing packages. He has experience of site survey for solar plant, details project report preparation, operation and maintenance of PV plant.

Nived Navath Pullanhiodan

System Design Engineer

Nived is a System Design Engineer at GreenEnco. Nived has a bachelor’s degree in electrical from Anna University Chennai, India and Electronics Engineering and master’s degree in Renewable Energy Management from Coventry University, UK.

He has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Project Management. His professional journey showcases a consistent record of delivering impactful results and enhancing organisational efficiency, productivity, and profitability, emphasising sustainable solutions. He has experience producing technical drawings, design calculations and supervision of installation for both on-grid and off-grid solar power plants.

He is responsible for multiple DC and AC design packages covering general assembly design, single line diagram, planning design, design optimisation, grid applications, site audits and construction monitoring of solar BESS projects.

Sidhant Nahak

Full Stack Developer

Sidhant joined GreenEnco in 2023 as a Full-Stack Developer. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. He has experience in the back-end and front-end integration of multiple development packages.

He is responsible for webpage development, and the modernisation of PVAPM digitisation by creating PVAPM frontend integrated dashboard and API backward integration with the existing solar SCADA systems and He has aslo experience in developing MERN Stack application.

Prachi Bawangade

DevOps Engineer

Prachi Bawangade is a DevOps Engineer at GreenEnco. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Statistics. Prachi has transitioned into this role with hands-on experience in various DevOps practices and has 1 year of experience working as a System Administrator. She is responsible for automating deployment processes, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure.

Prachi excels at optimizing server performance, managing cloud environments, and implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems. Additionally, she has experience with scripting and automation tools, which enhance the efficiency and consistency of software delivery.

Additionally, Prachi collaborates closely with development teams to streamline workflows, reduce deployment times, and ensure seamless integration of new features.

Shankha Subhra Basu

Data analyst

Shankha Subhra Basu is a Data Analyst at GreenEnco. Shankha Subhra has a M.Tech in Material Science and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. packages.

He has 2 years of experience as an Engineer in Operational and Maintenance ( O&M). Also, working experience as a generation data analyst.

He is responsible for data analysis of GreenEnco's PV Asset Performance Management ( PVAMP) global operation. He also perform energy yield assessment and report writing.
