Dr. Somali Roy

CFO

Somali is the Director of GreenEnco. She has a PhD, Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. She has over 10 years of experience managing the financial management and sales strategy of an SME company in India before co-founding GreenEnco. She was a finalist for the Great British Entrepreneur Award, 2021.

She is responsible for the company strategy, policies and financial management of GreenEnco and also supports solar PV performance optimisation by diagnostic analytics & predictive analytics.

Prasenjit Dhar

Senior Advisor – New Markets and Partnerships

Prasenjit is a Senior Advisor – New Markets and Partnerships at GreenEnco. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics.

He has over 25 years of extensive experience in business consulting and in international trade & investment – mainly focusing on the Energy, Advanced Manufacturing, and Infrastructure sectors. He has worked in various areas including market entry, business growth and transformation strategy, programme management, and project leadership. Prasenjit brings in a unique blend of experience having gained understanding both from the government and business perspectives.

Over the years, he has worked closely with senior decision makers within corporates and governments advising them on strategic programmes and projects with major economic impacts. This has been not only in his recent role at the UK India Business Council, but across his previous roles at the British High Commission in New Delhi and when working within the business advisory practices at PwC and KPMG.

Liam Richardson

Lead Analysis and Technical Consultant

Liam has over 7 years of experience in solar operation & maintenance and asset management domain. He holds a Physics degree with expertise in problem solving and thermal and statistical Physics.

He has a keen interest and vast experience of data analytics. He has a high degree of technical report writing of the due diligence of solar and energy storage projects at the execution and operational stage of a project life cycle.

He is responsible for technical due diligence, design review, construction audit, risk management, reporting, data analysis and data-driven solutions for optimizing energy systems.

Padraic Dillon

Technical Consultant

With a background in Energy Systems Engineering (Beng and MEng) and three years of experience in solar PV and BESS development in the United States, Padraic brought both the technical expertise and commercial awareness needed to support owners and lenders engineering scopes for an IPP, fund manager, developer.

He has managed projects from greenfield to execution, including direct responsibility for two 10MW developments and supporting a pipeline of over 200MW. He has practical experience in permitting, interconnection applications, project design, RFP management, capital forecasting, and managing EPCs and supplier’s scopes.

Binoy Debnath

Solar Data Analyst & Team Lead

Binoy is a Solar Data Analyst & IT Team Lead at GreenEnco. Binoy has a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

He has 9 years of experience with a diverse background spanning both the Information Technology and Renewable Energy Sectors. With four years entrenched in the dynamic landscape of IT (MSSQL Server -Database Developer) and five years passionately transitioning into the realm of Renewable Energy (Solar Power Plant - Execution Engineer). As an execution engineer, he executed solar power plants (Capacity: 37MW) at different locations in India. He has experience in managing and maintaining databases management, MSSQL Servers, Monitoring System Performance, troubleshooting issues, ETL(SSIS), Data Modeling, Data Mining techniques, Optimizing Queries in SQL, and Backup Processes. Through this journey, he has cultivated a unique skill set that blends technical prowess with a deep-seated commitment to sustainability, poised to tackle multifaceted challenges at the intersection of technology and renewable resources.

He is responsible for database management systems, developing an IoT integration in renewable energy setups, or data-driven solutions for optimizing energy systems, and implementing strategies to improve energy efficiency using algorithms.

Nived Navath Pullanhiodan

System Design Engineer

Nived is a System Design Engineer at GreenEnco. Nived has a bachelor’s degree in electrical from Anna University Chennai, India and Electronics Engineering and master’s degree in Renewable Energy Management from Coventry University, UK.

He has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and Project Management. His professional journey showcases a consistent record of delivering impactful results and enhancing organisational efficiency, productivity, and profitability, emphasising sustainable solutions. He has experience producing technical drawings, design calculations and supervision of installation for both on-grid and off-grid solar power plants.

He is responsible for multiple DC and AC design packages covering general assembly design, single line diagram, planning design, design optimisation, grid applications, site audits and construction monitoring of solar BESS projects.

Sidhant Nahak

Full Stack Developer

Sidhant joined GreenEnco in 2023 as a Full-Stack Developer. He has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. He has experience in the back-end and front-end integration of multiple development packages.

He is responsible for webpage development, and the modernisation of pvAPM digitisation by creating pvAPM frontend integrated dashboard and API backward integration with the existing solar SCADA systems and He has aslo experience in developing MERN Stack application.

Prachi Bawangade

DevOps Engineer

Prachi Bawangade is a DevOps Engineer at GreenEnco. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Statistics. Prachi has transitioned into this role with hands-on experience in various DevOps practices and has 1 year of experience working as a System Administrator. She is responsible for automating deployment processes, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of infrastructure.

Prachi excels at optimizing server performance, managing cloud environments, and implementing robust monitoring and alerting systems. Additionally, she has experience with scripting and automation tools, which enhance the efficiency and consistency of software delivery.

Additionally, Prachi collaborates closely with development teams to streamline workflows, reduce deployment times, and ensure seamless integration of new features.

Arit Dey

System Design Engineer

Arit is a System Design Engineer at GreenEnco. Arit has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from West Bengal University, Kolkata.

He has 2 years of experience working as a design engineer. He is responsible for multiple design packages covering general assembly design, single line diagram, planning design and design optimisation.

Sabyasachi Chatterjee

Testing Engineer

Sabyasachi joined GreenEnco in 2025 as a PV Testing & Site Engineer. He has a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

He has a total 6.5 years of working experience. Which include 1.5 years in Production Industry, 1 year as a service Engineer, 2 years in Office work in Administrative Department and 2 years as a Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer he completed and Commissioned 4 major projects under Indian Railway's S&T(Signal and Telecommunication) Department.

He is responsible for site DC and AC testing packages and report preparation.

Bablu Naskar

Office Facility Assistant

Bablu is a valued member of our team who contributes all admin and office management tasks. With care and responsibility, he ensures that our workplace remains comfortable and welcoming for both employees and visitors.

His key responsibilities include general office admin, organizing and managing files and office materials, assisting with meeting room arrangements, and supporting day-to-day facility operations. Through his sincere efforts and attention to detail, he helps ensure the smooth functioning of our office on a daily basis.
